OUR EVENTS
RACE ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The events is run in accordance with Cycling South Africa rules
- No entry fee shall be refunded to a participant for a cancellation of the Event due to acts of God (so called Force Majeure),which acts shall include but not be limited to adverse weather conditions, riots, strikes, political unrest and / or any other occurrence not within the control of the event organizer
- No refund shall be given in the event that a participant cancels their entry into the event
- Emergency medical assistance will be on route.
- All entrants participate entirely at their own risk and will have no claim whatsoever against organizers, sponsors or officials in respect of any loss, injury or damage related to the cycling event.
- The wearing of hard-shell helmets is compulsory
- Cyclists must obey all traffic rules, officials, and marshals, and ride in a responsible manner.
- All cyclists must stay on the left hand side of the road and not cross the center line (solid white line). Any cyclist deviating from this will be disqualified. This rule will be strictly enforced.
- Race numbers MUST be worn by all participants.
- By entering the event the entrant confirms that they are medically fit to complete the course.
- Cyclists must have a CSA Racing License, membership license or a day license.
- The judges’ decision is final.
- Failure to comply with any of the rules will result in disqualification.

Lenie Smit
Founder of Lenick Promotions, Administrator and Race Director
Lenie boasts a long history in , sports management
She is also the Administrator and Race Director for the events. With more than 20 years-experience in event presentation, Lenie is highly skilled and very experienced to ensure the smooth running of the back-office.
Patrick Smit
Route Director
Patrick managed and marking the Road and MTB Cycling Events. He is also the coordinator for the Marshalls and Water points.
Joseph Dube
Safety Officer
Joseph handles all our safety aspects! He is serving as Lenick Promotions Safety Officer.

We have a team of good trained marshals to help keeping everybody safe
Lenick PROMOTIONS COVID 19 ENTRY TRANSFER POLICY
Lenick Promotions has an acute understanding of the current financial impact of COVID19. Hence, we will ensure that cyclists who enter for our races don’t incur financial losses. We are committed to presenting our events this year. Should an event not be able to take place this year, your entry fee will be carried over to next year or you will have the option of transferring your entry fee to one of the races within the Lenick Promotions stable, which can indeed be staged this year.
